Our refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

• The product is defective (e.g., damaged poster).
• The product is not as described.

All returns will undergo an inspection to ensure the above criteria are met. If the product fails to meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To process your refund, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Without this proof, a refund cannot be issued.
